Details of cottage

Clare's Cottage may only be a small timber structure but it is certainly cosy and sleeps up to six people. It has oil fired central heating ( a radiator in every room) , making it available in winter. The open fire has recently been renovated.

There are three bedrooms, two of which contain a double bed, the third holds a bunk bed.

In the bathroom there is a sink, loo, bath and newly fitted shower.

In the lounge, the French window opens out onto the garden which is ideal for a summer barbecue. There is a T.V. and a three piece suite. The open fire adds that extra glow. Supplementary heating is by electric fire.

The separate dining room, which contains a dining table with a set of chairs, also boasts views of the fells .

The kitchen is well equipped, with a cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and the normal kitchen utensils e.g., crockery, cutlery, iron and board.

There are two garages with parking for at least two cars, or they may be used for storing bikes.

Clare's Cottage is a no smoking zone.

All Electricity and fuel for central heating included. All duvets and bed linen included. Please bring your own towels.

Fuel for the open fire is not included and is available on request.
